Registration

Registration is open.

Early registration is available from July 3 to August 17 2017 (11.30 pm - Italian time)

Late registration is available from August 18 to August 30 2017 (11.30 pm - Italian time)

Onsite registration is available from 4 to 8 September 2017.

On-site registration is discouraged.

On-site registration fee is late registration fee plus 50EU for all the categories.

Invitation Letters

Invitation letters to participate in SEFM 2017 will be issued ONLY to participants who have already paid the registration fee in full. No Invitation letters can be issued for accompanying persons (complete information at invitation-letter).

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be provided in writing to eventi@fbk.eu

• • Cancellation requests received by August 17: full reimbursement of the paid registration fee (deduction of management fees)

  • Cancellation requests received after August 17 and by August 30: 50% reimbursement of the paid registration fee (deduction of management fees)

  • Cancellation requests received after August 30: no reimbursement of the paid registration fee
